Well I know someone pc specialist and I can go to ayosdito(it like Craigslist but it been localised) website to find some great information for pc repair in the country...
But I will buy new pc instead because pc repair prices here it like buying a new pc I have to buy new ds system than sent it to repair here since the price of repair and buying new one are the same but I don't know why all repair prices are up now... (but to be safe also since most of hardware sold here have a high chance of using unauthorised hardware)

He wants to get a new PC since repairing his PC would cost the same. He got his DS repaired and it cost the same as buying a new one.

Got a new hard drive and in the next few day hopefully everything will turn back to normal the only thing to do is install the new hard drive and then install windows xp.
And do the following
-download all daily online backup
-E-mail the following people
-enterbrain/degica to renew my license code...(help me with this...)
-other activation code renew...
-download a lot of drive (printer drive[which hp printer drive not included with my printer], etc...)
-and restoring lost/replaceable program (unreplaceable file forever gone)
-and other thing...

looks like most of what you have to do is not that hard
about enterbrain/degica, try it at the official forum (here) or the official License Support (Here) I'm sure they can help you ^^

I'd recommend installing the old programs when you need them, since you often don't need everything that was installed (After my last re-installation I only installed about 1/4 of all the programs I had before XD)

Did you try getting on your old harddrive using a working windows (kinda like an external drive) or ask someone skilled with computer to try rescuing your files?
maybe there's still some stuff that can be recovered ^^

3. Why do you need it in 2 weeks? (It's something that can wait until the final release Oo) if you really need it that bad, why not finish it yourself?

You aren't waiting on anyone to commence work on your project but yourself.  Go and learn something and finish it yourself if you are having to wait.  Having to do things myself is how I learned everything I know in photoshop and whatnot.

when i try to edit the pic (so that to add some window or anything) it getting slow on gimp while other file is faster on gimp 2.8 it there any problem with gimp or there the problem with the photo the photo is fast on other programs except on gimp...
but i will try other photo-editing software if there any different...
but if it does gimp 2.8 is the problem and not 2.6 i will also try to find ver. 2.6 of gimp in the net...

edit: gimp 2.8 is the problem (they say it stable but i say is not stable) and can anyone of you give me link to older version of gimp because i check the site and i cannot find the older versions

I already used 2.8 and it worked for me, do you have all System Requirements?

or learn german, there are plenty downloads for the German 2.6 version XD

It's kinda the same, but some menu options have different names.
but if you combine it with an Online Tutorial it could work out, depending on how good you can focus and search for the options yourself.

Learn using gimp BEFORE you do something this big.

because i have school (and also a ton of homeworks...) so the game will be slow to produce than normally would...

Your elevator seems really large.  Maybe it should be a smaller?  I have no constructive criticism here cause I know nothing about it. It just seems unnaturally big to me .-.

It's a huge improvement over your previous maps. My only recommendation is to add a control panel on the wall rather then using a person. Also is it an industrial elevator or is it just for people? If it's industrial I would change the floors. The reason I'm asking is because it seems pretty large.

One thing to add:
It should say "Second Floor" or at least "2nd Floor" and "Cancel" (Capital letters)

You tend to forget capitalizing.
Other than that, good work, but instead of doing a tutorial, do your own stuff first, it's not that complicated to do such a "system".
Most people won't have problems doing something like that.
