A very touchy, yet in my opinion, very interesting question is that of how we should evaluate individuals in our society. No matter how much we dislike the idea, this evaluation will happen. As the early primitive societies valued physical strength and ability to do well within that technological context (or rather context of lacking technology). As societies have evolved, their ideals and criteria for "scoring high" on this evaluation have become more and more complex.

Factors such as beauty are more or less constant factors in this formula, but the major influence tends to be success.

So what ideals are we moving towards today and how do you personally see this development? Is it dangerous?
