RMXP - Scrolling Text / Chanting Type Speech - using CCOA's UMS

Trying to get the effect of a guy in prison saying something to himself over and over in a paranoid way, so that the text stays on the screen and the repetition builds up on the screen, and possibly scrolls up the screen...
I'm using CCOA's UMS and really like the features, but can't figure out a combination of the codeshttp://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/files/file/63-ccoas-ums/ to do this.
Any help is appreciated.
