[XP] Cinematic charsets?

Hello, I was just wondering if there currently out there is a Cinematic set of charsets. What do I mean by this?

Well, if you have ever played Final Fantasy Tactics this is a good idea of what I mean, like grabbing other chars, kneeling/cape movement drawing swords or cinematic killing. These are major factors I would love to find.

If anyone can toss up an idea of these things I would greatly appreciate it! (Or an idea to go about doing it my self?)
