I have here a charset and a faceset, and I need to know who made them. Are these made by Mac & Blue? Because I hear that a lot, but when I go to the Refmap website I can't find these anywhere.

I'm almost definitely sure they were made by Mack and Blue. There were a lot that were and not all of them are, I believe, hosted on his site.
