(VX) Using Title commands in menu

In my game I wish to use YEZ system options, but I also wish to have a quit button in the menu. I have tried editing my menu to use the title screen shutdown. I have had no luck, does any one how to make it work. Or could some direct me to make YEZ system options function on its own scene? If your not familiar with system options I posted it, it overrides Scene_END.
