[Music] Question concerning music comissions

A friend of mine is looking to commission someone to cover the "Talon Theme" from FFLegendIII (This one).

He's had little luck finding anyone on his own, and I've noticed there are quite a few composers here. So, I figured I would ask here for him.

Apparently he was just surprised there are no covers or remixes of the track. So, he was thinking of commissioning someone to make one just to put it out there. He doesn't actually have money to pay for anything just yet though. I apologize if I wasted anyone's time.
