Using Multiple Tile Sets

Okay so...I just got the Samurai RTP pack today and I was wondering if there was anyway to add all the tile sets to the current list so I have a lot more to work with in my game because theres alot of both RTPs that I would like to use in my game but I dont know how to add both sets
