Alignment script

Hello! Please I was searching for an alignment script though I have that of Synthesize that's excellent, I wanted one that can prevent or enable the actors to use a skill,weapon dependent of its alignment.
I tried Jet alignment script but it seems to be global( Concerns all the actors in the party)
Please can someone propose me one like Jet's script that's specific to each actors like that of synthesize does?
