The first line says:

>When universes collide (?) Sheet.

Random points of interest from the bulleted text:

> (?) to get some ideas off my chest. Hoping that they will be taken into consideration. The writer suggests that some of his ideas made there way into Brawl. One of which was the sticker stat increasing system found in the SSE.
>Neku from TWEWY was mentioned in one of the later paragraphs, but it was a reference to gameplay elements from TWEWY rather than talking about Neku himeself. The writer thought that something like the badges in TWEWY could be used for a character, although he didn't specify who.
> remove tripping. It (?) received well.
> 3 party support worked out. (?) more in the next installment.
> Mario franchise has experienced tremendous growth since last installment and should reflect that.
>Metroid: Other M expanded on Samus and Ridley. Something about how Samus doesn't need to be slow anymore. Other M and Zero Mission show her as a fast warrior and she needs to be represented as such in next installment.
> (?) characters from Sega
> Konami and Square Enix are mentioned in the lower bulleted parts, but I can't make out any context.
>He feels that the Mother and F-zero franchises are finished and he has no ideas for them.

In my opinion, this was a blank idea sheet sent to Sakurai's staff. They then filled it out and sent it back to him. One of them must have took some snapshots of it before handing his/her sheet in.

I think that's fake. Sakurai is still working on Kid Icarus, and didn't Iwata say at E3 that development on the next installments won't officially start until Kid Icarus is completed? Though I did read that they're in the process of porting the Brawl engine to Wii U or something like that.

99% chance that it's never been called, nor will ever be called Universe, too. I have a feeling Universe is reserved for Super Mario. Its subtitle will probably be another synonym of or similar word to fight.

Old, but interesting:

They've been announced for awhile, Sakurai has stated that after he finishes Kid Icarus he will begin work on the next Smash Bros. I agree with you on the name however, but Nintendo has been naming their games after the console since the Super Nintendo. Universe or similar titles wont be limited to Mario. Also it's highly likely that Kid Icarus development is complete.

Oh, and it could just be a code name. This also just an idea sheet anyways even if it is real, so it's not that big of a stretch.

I don't think it's a fake. It's due the first quarter of next year, and we're almost dead center of quarter three right now. Sakurai has never been the type to do last minute changes. There's JAPAN TIME for a while and then it goes dead silent because they're doing work that doesn't require a major director to meticulously oversee. Along with an 8th quarter being devoted to mass production, more with advertising and getting the news out, a game can be very much 100% finished a quarter before it's due. I wouldn't say it's too far fetched that he might be planning out the very underlying work of a new SSB game, because as they especially branch out past Nintendo's own roster and require lots of red tape to be crossed, it's better to get that out of the way and know what you're able to work with before actual work starts.

Also, Konami and Square Enix?

Expect Cyborg Raiden, Old Snake and Sora.

The Square Enix character that keeps popping up is Neku, but Sora sounds likely since Kingdom Hearts 3DS was announced.

Oh, I forgot TWEWY was made by Squenix. I wouldn't put it past them to add Sora in there somewhere.

Its not going to be first quarter, because the Wii U probably won't even be out until the second quarter. I'm guessing that its fake for another reason, though: The next Smash Bros. is most likely going to be on the 3ds.

When I said it'd be due out in Q1, I meant Kid Icarus Uprising, which is for the 3DS.

If this is real it's probably nothing more than an idea sheet. But other sites have said the japanese is broken and the source is known for fabricating leaks.

Smash Bros. has never been named after consoles, though. Eponymous, Melee, Brawl...Affray? Lol, I hope not.

My last post was bad. I never completely meant otherwise. We knows that it's at least in planning phase because he's openly discussed his ideas for Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS, and technical work has probably started to some degree if the engine is being worked on. I meant that the game probably hasn't started full development because he's still finishing up Icarus. What's more is that, as of e3, Sakurai is assembling a new team for Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS, and he stated the only reason that they were announced so early was to attract the attention of prospective staff. For reference, the same thing happened in 2005 with Brawl.

I'm hoping Nintendo decides to hold another pre-e3 SpaceWorld, focused on Wii U, and that we'll have a teaser for this game (really unlikely :'( ). ^-^

They announced Smash Bros for both the Wii U and 3DS.

That's exactly what it is, this was allegedly leaked from a new member brought on board. Also the site that it originated from was the Japanese imageboard Sylphys, which has had plenty of legitimate leaks in the past (and is a Japanese site, so I don't know why their Japanese would be broken.)

Also Nintendo has been confronted about this already and answered with a "No Comment."
Smells like a leak to me, but I'm still not 100% certain.
