Some script issues with M.A. Grid Inventory

Hello, like always I have something I need help with,

1) Can someone make DIETY'S LOCKPICK compatible with MODERN ALGEBRAS GRID INVENTORY please.

2) I am looking for a script that allows arrow draining. Dont get it? Fine. I mean how like in oblivion, you shoot an arrow and you lose the arrow you shot untill you retrieve it. So I'm looking for a script that makes you lose an arrow when you attack with a bow. And also allows you to equip a quiver to hold the arrows.
