It happens when I'm not sure what to do with the map and I'm close up to the screen.

I'd have to cross my eyes to do it, but it's the same idea as magic eye puzzles. It would be pretty lame looking if it were just two trees though.

It's never happened accidentally to me. I sometimes do it with fences if I'm really bored.
