rm2k3 resource package

Greetings.
I apologise if this is the wrong forum for this question.
I downloaded a game from a website and when I try to run it it says this:

"The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or registered."

I've done some googling (that's how I found this place) and can't find anywhere to simply download the RP except for dead links (too old, I guess).

Can someone please post a link to where i can download it?

Well, I don't know about just the RTP, but you can download RM2k3 here: http://2drpg.com/2003.php

The bulk of the download is the RTP anyway, so you're really only downloading a few extra MB. Plus, you get a fun new program.

thanks, I was trying to avoid installing a whole extra program but there doesn't seem to be another way *sigh*
