Random Item Drop +OECS = not working properly

If I use the Item Drop (by modern algebra) to create a dummy, they do not get the Prefix/Suffix from OECS.
Also, OECS takes away item stacking, each item has a line. But when an item is gained via a dummy, it makes them stack. I could work around it IF it had the amount on that line, but OECS took it away and I either need Dummys to have a seperate line per item and have Pre/Suf OR have the item amount put in for them.

Can anyone help?
