Heart of Alyria is a project I've had in the back of my mind for just over a year now. I am now finally planning to start work, with a challenge from a friend to spur me on; this game will be created entirely with events, no scripting. However, to make the game, I need some support.
Basic Details
Heart of Alyria is set to be a Romance Visual Novel. You will make choices that decide the outcome of the story. This game is directed mainly at girls, as you play as a female protaganist, and will be appropriate for almost all ages. There is currently planned a total of four boys to choose from, and two different lead characters with unique storylines. Heart of Alyria is a non-profit game, and is only to be used for entertainment purposes. No commercial use is permitted. This also means that no monetary profit shall be made by any people associated with this project.
What I require:
I need the following positions filled to make the game. I can fill some myself if it comes to it, but as I do not specialise in most areas, the project may suffer a drop in quality:

Background Artist/s: Designs the backgrounds which will be viewed for most of the game, and used as the backdrops of normal play. *Open, up to two spaces availible*

Character Artist/s: Designs and creates the character portraits and emotions for talking scenes during the game. *Open, up to two spaces availible*

Cutscene Artist/s: Designs the still images that make up 'cutscenes', special events during play. *Open, up to three spaces availible*
Optional Positions

These aren't absolutely fundamental to the project, but would help to improve it:

Title Screen Artist: Designs the title screen. *Open, one place availible*

Music Co-Ordinater: Decides what music should be used in game, and possibly even create music themselves. *Open, one place availible*
Extra Details

Hi ArcaGrowlMewTwo, i'm interested in writing the music for your project.

I know its an optional extra, and so less vital in the production of this project, but i am able to create music that can loop relatively seemlessly (though you should consult your future scripter about looping music i suppose).

Get back if youre interested, though i know its early, but im quite patient

That would be great! I'm not too good when it comes to the music part of things, so it's good to have someone who wants to do it! 

We'll need to keep in contact then. If you could find a way to send me a sample piece, show me what you can do (maybe using the email I put down?) then we can talk some more about the project.

Oh, we also now have a dedicated website as well. It's not very good right now, but it'll grow as the project does.

Miscallenous Artist: 1 Place Open (Menus, calender and such)



 Vocalists: 3 Places Open (Some songs may have vocals to accompany them)



Eventers: 2 Places Open (To help with day and night, calender systems, etc.)

I consider myself really good with those systems you mentioned, it wouldn't take long to set it up. I work really well with common events and sometimes I just make them for the fun of it. Talk to me if your interested.
