Eh, I'm a Melee elitist. Brawl is still fine, but I still believe Melee > Brawl. And low tier characters? zzz

one of my friends actually sat me down and tried to explain what the whole low/high tier thing meant, but i kept zoning out XP and then again i only played melee like once or twice.

I am pretty sure NAM or some one said no more talk of SSB.
But Melee > Brawl sometimes

both lucario and mewtwo are terrible characters.
melee is better imho because you can ground cancel and wavedash if you're good enough, things they took out of the game in brawl.

And the biggest thing that people argue for Brawl is that "there's spacing in Brawl." Spacing exists as well in Melee, and because it's faster, it's harder to space as well, and proper spacing gets rewarded better.

Plus, techskill just feels so damn awesome <3 Drillshine > JC grab > u-throw > u-air always just feels so nice on Marths. Or those people that say "LINK IS SO GOOD OMG!" and then you waveshine them continually.

oh yeah, and the potential for cheap kills is so much higher in Brawl.
or maybe that's just because my annoying-ass little brother refuses to play without the smash ball, and only plays metaspam.

lolz, well the people i play with refuse to use items, but yeah, cheap kills are still there like the ice climbers chain grab and game and watch's 9 hit. But like i said, i never really played melee so i wouldnt know about those things XD
