[Visual] Opinions on art style for portraits.

So, bit of a game related topic, but it's on art..sooo...

Working on a tactical game for the solstice comp, just finished up the first pass for character/class portraits. I've looked at this thing so long I can't judge it's result.


Going for something very rough and mildly simple, since I have less than a month to do everything. Pleasant? No?

I think it looks great. Are you going to be able to make enough of them given the time limits though? It seems like quite an endeavour.

I should be able to, this really didn't take long once I decided on a style, the lines were like..a fifteen minute scribble on the back of a notecard. I'll likely not do individual portraits for all the subclasses, just recolor them.

Okay, I suck at Photoshop, but something along those lines. I think you'd totally get what I'm trying to show. If not I could find a stock photo somewhere...

Exactly(just getting back into non-photographic arts since high school, so I got no terms lol), either just the bottom or all edges would be cool.

Can't wait to see this project come along Joy, keep up the grand work.
