Journal Updating Question

Hello, I have the KGC Outline script and I'd like to know if it is possible to make the script ADD new notes to its page at a certain point in the game? So that the journal updates are all hidden until a certain spot when one is "updated/unlocked". Like at the moment it just opens up a list filled with little titles that you select and view, but is there a way to make them only appear when prompted? Because my game requires a journal system, I don't want all the journal entries to be displayed all at one time, for viewing at any time... I just want new entries to be updated depending on the progress of the game.
