Items getting mixed up

I have two events set up. One is supposed to give you a weapon when activated, and the other gives you some armor. I haven't had any problems with either event until today. If I try to get the weapon, it doesn't appear in the inventory. The armor appears as a Seed of Strength. I double checked the events to make sure I put the right weapon and armor in, and it all looks fine. I don't see what could be causing it to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

right, if you have doubled checked those events, then something must've been changed in the database. to me, it looks like you may have moved an item, or added/removed/moved something into the wrong place.

are you certain you were indeed adding an armor and a weapon?
perhaps seed of strength has the same id as the armor your trying to give to the player
