Tankentai SBS Action Sequences and Skills

I'm having a bit of trouble configuring my script correctly. I've read then tutorial for skills and action sequences but when the skill in question is used, it defaults to the standard skill animation. I know I probably have something placed incorrectly but I'm struggling to understand it. I've been able to figure out most things by myself so far.

I'd greatly appreciate a short explanation of how to link my skills and animation sequences correctly, or even a nudge in the right direction. Thank you very much.

The script is rather large and I'd be happy to post sections if you need to see what I have already. Just ask for the section in question.

Which version of Tankentai are you using? The current one is 3.4.

Whatever version it was, it was definitely released before last October. Check the date.
