Uh, subject is kinda vague. I don't know what the hell to call it. I know it exists, I had it for a bit, then deleted it a while back when cleaning the computer.
Anyways.
It's a mapping utility of sorts. It allows the player to say climb a ladder and walk around on roof tiles without being able to just walk off the top onto the surrounding grass (since we all know that if we set roof tiles to passable, that there's nothing stopping you from walking from that to the grass). In other words, it's able to determine that you're ON a roof and that not ALL passable tiles are the same height. I know there is the capability to have players walk through walls (like behind them/under them) and appear transparent to give the illusion of a shortcut/secret pathway. It also included the ability to walk under bridges then over them without using events and messing the passability. In short, it kind of brings back certain aspects of XP mapping.
I know it exists, I can't find it, I don't know what it's called. Please help.

Oh also, I think
maybe KGC made it... that sounds familiar to me. I'm looking it up now.
