If you're looking for the 3D graphics then no. If you're just looking for the "press key when within pie slice for extra damage" then it would easily be possible but I do not know of any that already exist.

Well, battle systems are complicated and not likely to be scripted by strangers. There is still the possibility, but you have to be way more specific as to what you want. Do you want the same HUD, the fact that you can choose between types of attack, just the pie circle for determining whatever; what does being successful on that "judgement ring" entail, what happens if you fail, do skills have different judgement rings or no judgement ring, are all attacks and skills like that, etc...

Not everyone has played that game, and so you have to be way, way more specific as a scripter would have to code each individual feature into the script. Nobody would be able to make an entire battle system just from that one mnute video, and you shouldn't require a scripter to do research just to make something for you.

ok...youre right.....
well...i will explain a little that judgment ring....
when you enter in battle, you have several commands to chosse.....
Atack, Skills, items, etc..........
For example, if you select atack, the judgment ring will appears....
This circle determines your atack....you need to hit the yellow areas, called "HIT Areas", if you hit the areas , your atack succes, if not, your atack is missed, or if you only hit two areas, you will atack 2 times, if only one, just want time, etc....
The same thing for items and skills,
for example, when you use a item, the judgement ring will appears, if you hit the area, you can use the item, if not, your action is missed......
I can not explain all the sistem here, is very long, and perhaps for a script, is complicated...but i just want, something similar to the "pie circle", the judgement ring......
Im going to put more videos, for explain more the sistem......

note: sorry for my english again...

Heres another video of the game...
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeRImQg430Q" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeRImQg430Q</a>

as you can see, in that game we can chain combos, and makes double atacks...etc....
One of the characters has the hit areas of the judgement ring invisible....its because a accesorie....taht makes the areas invisible, and, if you hit the areas, your atacks will be increasedx2..
Im not interested in all these features....and the battle sistem will not be the same......

Judgment Ring
The Judgment Ring is a unique element in Shadow Hearts and is used in many aspects of the game including battles, minigames, and even shopping. The success of the characters actions is dependent on the outcome of the Judgment Ring. Essentially, the Judgment Ring is a circle with different colored segments and a rotating needle which is stopped by the player's input. When an action is chosen, the Judgment Ring is presented on the screen. Players then have to watch the rotating needle carefully as it rotates and hit the colored segments.

Judgment Ring Segments Segment Color Description
Hit Area Yellow
Green
Blue
Orange
Red Hitting these segments in a Physical Attack will do damage to an enemy. If using an Item, the item will be used successfully. The same can be said about the rings in Shopping and Minigames. In some cases this appears in a few Special Abilities where the effect is always at maximum.
Critical Area Red These are located at the end of a Hit Area or a Modulation Area. These are very small in size and when hit, extra damage is done or the effect of an item is raised.
Modulation Area White to Blue These only appear in Special Abilities or Items. By hitting closer to the end or blue, the amount of damage or effect of an item is increased.
Step Area Green These must be hit in order for the Special Ability to be successful.

Physical Attack Rings possess three Hit Areas coupled with Strike Areas. By hitting all of the hit areas, the character will perform three attacks. If any of the hit areas are missed, the character’s turn will be skipped or their amount of attacks will be reduced depending on which hit area is missed. If the first hit area is missed the turn is automatically skipped. If the player hits the first hit area but misses the subsequent hit areas, the amount of attacks will be reduced.
Magic Attack/Special Ability Rings differ from Physical Attacks Rings. These rings possess Step Areas and a Modulation Area with a Strike Area. All the step areas must be hit or else the special attack will fail. The modulation area operates like the hit areas of a physical attack.
Item Rings only possess one Hit Area by itself or coupled with a Strike Area. This depends on the item being used and its effect. Items that cure HP, MP for a specific amount can be enhanced by strike areas whereas items that cure fully or alleviate status effects don’t require a strike area to enhance the effect.
Minigame Rings only possess Hit Areas which must all be hit in order to win the minigame (with the exception of the Lottery). The Push Ring is a timed game, which has only one hit area, where the player must make the needle move towards the hit area and keep it there until the time runs out. The Normal Ring has three hit areas and the player must hit all three of them and for as many rotations the game states. Lastly, there is the Lottery. The Lottery has many different colored hit areas each corresponding to a different prize. The player only needs to hit one of the hit areas to be successful.
