[REQUEST] Water Tileset[vx]

I'm trying to make a game using RPGMVX, but i can't seem to make an island like in RPGM 2k3, so my request would be that someone please send me a tileset with water and edges where water meets the land if it possible.

Is it doing what normally happens when you hold down shift?  Perhaps your sticky keys are activated?
