Downloaded the app. Can't seem to buy still.

I was introduced to RPG maker through a friend on another site.  He usually monkeys around with 2K3 and that is where I started as well.  Eventually, I found myself having difficulties with it and decided to test VX.  I found it more efficient than 2K3 and in the time that I used the Trial I did like it.  But a few things turned me off of it at the time: Cost and lack of Battle sprites.

Recently, I've come to hate these sprites: Just another thing that I suck with.  I attempted to use XP at one point but there are issues with the download and installation I've given it up.

Anywho, I recently attempted to purchase the program but all I got was an error message from the transaction company.  Is there something I'm missing?  I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

EDIT: I think I've found a solution (at the main enterbrain site).  I'm not certain yet if it works like I expect, so feel free to reply.
