Hack and slash scripts

i was just wondering how to make a script for a hack and slash battle system i honestly have no clue where to start i know it has to be pasted right above the "main" script but other then that i am clueless
i would appreciate auy advice ya'll have

i saw one game on the projects forum called fall of the living: first outbreak
thats the exact kind of system i want

Alternatively, google search "XAS ABS"
