RMRK is retiring.
Registration is disabled. The site will remain online, but eventually become a read-only archive. More information.

RMRK.net has nothing to do with Blockchains, Cryptocurrency or NFTs. We have been around since the early 2000s, but there is a new group using the RMRK name that deals with those things. We have nothing to do with them.
NFTs are a scam, and if somebody is trying to persuade you to buy or invest in crypto/blockchain/NFT content, please turn them down and save your money. See this video for more information.

I think this goes here?
anyways, I was wondering if it's possible to do rmxp database work (setting stats of monsters and weapons, etc) with an outside program and then importing it in, i figure that using a script based method would make game creation go much smoother. Has anyone even considered this, is it even possible?
Appreciate you're awnsers.

It is possible to edit the database trough the .rxdata files stored in the data folder

I typed this "rxdata edit"

*EDIT* This program also happens to be very glitchy and crash happy : (

*EDIT* I figured that a spreadsheet may be usable.. is it possible?
