RMRK.net has nothing to do with Blockchains, Cryptocurrency or NFTs. We have been around since the early 2000s, but there is a new group using the RMRK name that deals with those things. We have nothing to do with them.
NFTs are a scam, and if somebody is trying to persuade you to buy or invest in crypto/blockchain/NFT content, please turn them down and save your money. See this video for more information.

I'd appreciate it if someone could make me a script that allows you to obtain certain character's (party members and non-party members) phone numbers, and also allows you to call them. Calling them would create a pre-made text and it which could change depending on the point in the story. I don't expect all this to be given to me, but if someone could make me even part of this I would be very grateful.

it's time to poke
I'm pretty sure that you could event this thing with less effort than it takes to make a script.

Yeah, definitely could: just make an item that calls a common event. Have that common event start with an Input Number command of seven digits. Then check the chosen number against the numbers of party members and if it matches, run the text command. You can easily put conditionals depending on the point in the game.
