[RMXP] Row Boat/Small Boat Charset/Sprites and Script (if needed)

I'm looking for a character set/sprite sheet of a row boat or small boat (two tiles that go in all four neutral directions) that isn't for the world map (I want you to be able to use it an area to move over rivers, lakes, etc. while still seeing your character in the boat). I also would like to know if there is a script to make this work or can it be done by eventing.
