The map is rather basic. You need to make it a little more livelier, and cut down on the repeats of the flowers next to one another. That alone is a big no; maybe one or two, diagonally or a space or two away from each is perfect, but never more than two
right next to each other. At least, that's what I think.
I would suggest breaking up the big groups of trees a little, and adding little bits grass and flowers in those areas. More flowers, some rocks, fallen leaves (which I am particularly fond of
) and maybe even some dead trees. I like to put dead trees surrounded by some fallen leaves.
True, in real life, forests usually are very dense, but in RPG maker it looks strange to use so many trees all next to one another, without stuff (like grass and flowers, for example) breaking them up a bit.
You're also missing (what I presume to be) a player transfer at bottom-left of your map. The top of trees are set to the star property (but I forget what it's called) which means you can walk under them, and therefore should be able to transfer to the tile.
