Trial Serial Number?

I downloaded RPG Maker XP from the 2DRPG.com site. Each time I try to open it says: ''Failed to obtain a trial serial number from the ntitles server'' I'm unsure if I've skipped something while downloading or if I forgot to do something. Could anyone shed some light on my little problem? Thank you to anyone who will help me out.

the sixth one down is about that error. Even if you don't have Vista, there might be something in there to help.
