I can't delete a .bin file.

So, on my Windows XP computer, about, oh I dunno, 2 or 3 years ago, I downloaded a disk image to install something. I probably used MagicISO to mount it, and use it. Now I'd like to delete it. But I can't. It's "in use by another person or program." I uninstalled MagicISO. Still can't delete it.

Any ideas?

It turns out that, even though I deleted MagicISO, it's disk utility remained. So, as usual, the disk was automatically mounted when XP started up.
So I unmounted, and it let me get rid of it.
