OK first off I have Vista, I'm guessing that would be promblem numero uno?
If I upgrade to Windows 7 would that help?

Okay but besides that when I try to start a new project it comes up with a
Problem error saying "could not copy directory"???

King in the North!
Right click the .EXE (RPG Program) and go down to "PROPERTIES" and then click the tab that says "COMPATIBILITY" and then check the box that asks if you want to run it as "XP".

It's human to misdo
If I upgrade to Windows 7 would that help?

No it won't help since they are build on the same base.
Anyway..
It may have to do with the settings for the EXE file. "Could not copy folder" shows simply because the program is not allowed to make or copy any folders if I'm not all wrong. Try to make both the RMXP.EXE and the PSIkey.dll able to do such things.

Acctually, I don't know how to do because I don't got Vista. Anyway, you can try to look in the Right-Click menu of the RMXP.EXE and the PSIkey.dll files. If you don't find it, try to run it as administrator. Hopefully that work. If that don't work, then I hope that someone elso like Zeriab or Crankeye or someone else good post.
