Changing The Battle Windows Position?

Hi, I'm a bit new to this.
For various reasons I have to move the windows that displays at the bottom of the battle screen, but I can't seem to accomplish it.
I've tried changing the positions in the script editor on everything that appeared to be related, but the only thing that I managed to change was the size or make the windows disappear all together.
The reason for why I'm trying to move the window, is because I'm adding the Kaduki Battle System to my game, and the ground on the background graphics that I'm hoping to use too low, so I'd like to move the battler graphics down and the windows up.
I don't think that its a setting in the battle system script, but I'm not entirely sure.
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.

I managed away around it by raising the background graphics and filling the section behind the window with black.
Not exactly what I was hoping for, but it works.
