    • I've recently imported some music into BGM, but they won't play ingame or with the music player. Why is that?

    Note: Everything but imported music works.

    • This might be of no help to you, but did you try checking the...f1? or f2 buttons, and seeing if audio (mainly bgm) is ticked ? This would be ingame.

    A fresh install doesn't fix it. Man I'm so pissed.

    Edit: I figured out the problem. Apparently, RPG Maker doens't play MP3s, so I converted it to a .wav. Locking the thread.

    • Correction: RPG Maker will play MP3's, in version 2003 and onward. As far as I know there is also a program to alter 2000 in such a way as to allow it to play MP3's as well.

    EDIT: This isn't what I was thinking of, but maybe you can give it a shot?
