Ccoa's UMS problem...please help...

I'm using Ccoa's UMS script for my RPG Maker XP and there's this problem when I try to use the command \nm[name]. It's supposed to make the name inside the brackets appear inside a box above the text but it's empty when I use it. (Pic attatched)

I'm still a complete noob when it comes to posting stuff so I don't know how half the stuff here works so uhh, sorry in advance to anyone reading this...^^'

The font set in the script probably isn't set to something you have.
