Problem with somthing that's not suppost to have a problem

Ok,
I was using RMXP and then I started a test run of my game
somehow this message showed up...

Script 'Game_Character 1' line 274: NoMethodError occured.
Undefined method `*' for nil:NilClass

I mean, if it was a script that I put in, I'd just delete it.
But this one came with RMXP!?!?!

What I did in the last 5 mins:
Changed the Tileset of one of my maps
Edit my map

If anyone has the answer please post
and also this doesn't happen on any other project

It's probably a conflicting script. Try removing them in reverse order of when you added them.

It's not, I removed all the scripts that I put on and it still had an error with `*'.

I bet I'll need to start over

PLEASE DO NOT START OVER! Ok, so I have no idea why your Game is bugging out because I'm not very good with Ruby. But I can tell you this. You did something with your Map that affected the Player in some way. Though I'm sure some one could help you out with the script. I can tell you that you could  go into your game project files and Delete the Script File. Then make a whole new project. Go into that Project File and copy the Script File and paste it into you first Project. This might work. I don't know. But its the only thing I can think of. I hope it works.
