Hey guys!
No, I have nothing to show you. Just have some questions.
I've told everyone that I draw comics, right? Right? When I was younger I'd draw all sorts of comics, and I'd usually be able to make it to the end of a chapter before throwing out a series. The only problem with that was that my output, wasn't, er, all that awesome, mostly because I'd just wing it while I was writing.
For about a year now I haven't been doing a great job of writing my comics, mostly because I can't settle on a structure. I can't
stand thumbnailing/storyboarding, mostly because I don't like drawing something twice. I've finally decided that scripting is the way to go for me, but I'm having trouble sticking with it.
(Well, part of my problem is that I keep on coming up with story ideas, or switching to another story idea in my stash. I have a good 10-15 long-term story ideas that want developing, and there's about five I keep on switching between.)
So, uh, I know you guys all did NaNoWriMo and everything (I didn't learn about it until the end of November. D'Oh.). What did you guys do to keep going? In fact, even for regular writing, what helps you continue with it?
