Flashlight

Hey, I never post here :3

Anyway, I was making a Silent Hill game, and obviously I need some sort of something that can be used as a flashlight. Makes a small cone of light in front of the player (Going in any direction), able to turn it on and off, and, since I'm using an ABS, it would help if when you turned it off, some monsters wouldn't see you (Since Bobblehead Nurses can't see you when it's off in the real game). Can anyone help with this? I have no idea what I would search for this, and I think you guys know loads more then me. If I already knew C++ and what to search I would've looked for it myself. :3

now go to common events
we need text
What do you want to do with the flash light
then choices
turn on or off
