[Request] Charsets and Title Screen

My game I'm creating, Revenge Killer, requires unique characters, thus, I was wondering if anyone could perhaps provide links or self-made charsets of the following:
1.a) Arms Dealer (Atleast 3 different looking ones)
1.b) Mercenaries (Atleast 8 different looking ones)
1.c) Mercenary Leaders (Atleast 3 different looking ones)
1.d) Main Mercenary Leader (Should look as if he have quite a lot of power on him)
1.e) Citizens (Just people with random clothing, atleast 6 different)
1.f) Cops (Atleast 2 of each: Male and female, black and white)
1.g) Main Player (Black shirt, Red tie, Black pants and black boots with emo styled hair or anything close

Then the last part of this request, could anyone make me a 544 x 416 title screen, here's the near requirements for it:
2.a) Dark
2.b) Gray wall with tar road
2.c) 9mm bullets or equivalent, traveling at high speed to the left of the screen
2.d) Blood spills on the tar, not too much.
