[REQUEST] Police Charset And Clothing Script

Hi everyone,

I really need a charset of at least 5-7 different police officers. They should be wearing the traditional blue and black clothing if possible, the game's based in South Africa, so a few blacks would be appreciated too if possible. 

I also need a script in which I can change the way my character look, through the clothes he's wearing, for instance, if he had blue boots on and I change to black boots, the character should update the graphics to black boot. If script is too hard, a common event would be appreciated too, please include instructions of use too if possible,
