[Request] Lighting effects

Hey, I've been searching all over the place and I cannot for the life of me find what I need. What I need is lighting effects in character form so i can just create an event and put whatever lighting effect I need in whatever spot I need it in. What I'm looking for is like lights that come down from windows, and like illumination lights from candles or streetlights. If anyone know where I might be able to find stuff like that please let me know. Thanks

Well i think that you have to make fog graphics for those maps you want to use it on, and for like lights like a pulsing one "candle" you'd just make a orb style yellow circle as a character set and then place that as an event over what ever you want it to light up....
