Who said I would set up anything? I've expected a community standard to develop if we did go with option 2, and I explicitly said that it might make sense to have the guild submit their own flexible schedules, but I still think there should be some external reason for keeping to that schedule. And with the cooking competition - again you make stupid analogies. Teams should be treated differently than single participants; volunteers should be treated differently than employees.

In any case, I don't really have any investment in what the guilds do, as I am not directly involved. If it is the wish of the community that they progress under a model that's not Option 2, that's fine. I just think it's the best way to achieve the purpose while keeping a friendly atmosphere between the members and the guild leaders. In any case, I won't post anymore on the subject.

Far as I'm concerned..I'm making whatever rules need to be made to get the game done, so the only people who matter in that discussion is me, my co-leader and the rest of our own guild. And I sure as hell aint sharing that plan because it's gonna be the winning game plan. ;p
