Who said I would set up anything? I've expected a community standard to develop if we did go with option 2, and I explicitly said that it might make sense to have the guild submit their own flexible schedules, but I still think there should be some external reason for keeping to that schedule. And with the cooking competition - again you make stupid analogies. Teams should be treated differently than single participants; volunteers should be treated differently than employees.
In any case, I don't really have any investment in what the guilds do, as I am not directly involved. If it is the wish of the community that they progress under a model that's not Option 2, that's fine. I just think it's the best way to achieve the purpose while keeping a friendly atmosphere between the members and the guild leaders. In any case, I won't post anymore on the subject.
