Housing System Request

Hi!
Just wondering if anyone could script a housing system, I think furnishing would be pushing the barrier, but at least a bed to rest on or some little perks, I have the chest system by game_guy so I can put chests in my houses, which, if you game_guy choose to pursue this, then maybe making the two scripts compatible with each other (im sure they would already be)
