Nah man, i've used both an Acer and an Inspirion Mini and I prefer the mini over the Acer. I know dell has a shitty rep but that's because people buy laptops for their kids and their kids complain on gamefaqs about how it won't run shit like Bioshock or Crysis. My problem with Dell is their modification of hardware (making it totally incompatible with manufacturer drivers and buggy as shit with Dell's) and their terrible service.
