need a max 20 item script

Could someone make me a script that lets you only have a maximum of 20 items in your bag.
So the rest of your items you can put in your bank account -->  Item Storage Script   Author: game_guy   Date: May 1st, 2009

Must be compatible with Mr Mo's abs V 4.5
