Bizzare question (involves RM2k and FLASH)

I'm going to cut to the chase here because this could be quite long winded...
Basically, is there anyway I could put rm2k games up online (not net play) using say, some code in flash? I dont really know what kinda code, an 'upload EXE file' I kinda guess.
