problems with GTBS script

hello
i have some problems with the VX GTBS script always when i try to make my own battle i make all the char with the $ and enemies too but i get and error always when the enemy or i attack them that say's
"Script 'bitmap/AnimObj' line 164: NoMethodError occurred.
undefined method 'name' for nil:NilClass"
what to do to fix it?

check that you haven't forgotten any pictures or any scripts from the GTBS demo .

Oh yes , one more thing : don't forget to put the sprite in graphics/Characters AND graphics/Battlers .
