AP Skill System

SummaryI'm looking to have a system where skills have a AP requirement to use (like 0/10), and the player can decide what skill to add earned AP to. When you win a battle or defeat a monster, 1 AP is added to the designated skill. When the skill's AP requirement is met, the skill becomes Mastered or usable.
Features Desired- Each skill will have an AP requirement to Master and then use. A bar with the AP display will be shown behind each skill's name in the Menu, and becomes a plain looking skill name when the AP requirement is met to Master it and use the skill.
- Give the user the script to decide weather AP is earned for every won battle or every Koed enemy, and allows rare enemies and bosses to give out large AP or double AP.
- Allow for two special skill options which can be put into a skill: Doubled AP, and for all skills after learning this one (TurboAP), AP cost is cut in half.
- Have a option where some skills, in ordered to be Mastered, certain skills must be mastered.
- Support for passive support skills
- Give the user of the script the option to change the name of Ability Points and AP
- Make sure to include that all AP assigned skills weather mastered or not are shown on the skill screen.
- Allow for character assioation, aka a set of AP Skills that can be assigned to a certain actor.
