I need help

OK, I'm making an RPG Maker XP game and I have a problem with this: http://img187.imageshack.us/i/Victoria1.png/ And http://img187.imageshack.us/i/Victoria2.png/ and http://img107.imageshack.us/img107/1548/Victoria3.png. Now, as you can see the background color is gray. And it's bad >< I need the background color will be clear (No, white is NOT clear) and I need a Battler for both of them (The green and red dress girls). So... can someone help me with the background color and the Battler thing? Please? Oh, and to to one who will please make the Battlers. The character is a witch. And the staff need to be a gold staff. So... can someone help, please?

When you import your character sheet into RMXP, you get to remove the background color. Click left and right mouse, on the background for the transparent and semi-transparent colors. If in any case it doesn't show, you could use a layer art program.
