Can't Get Imported Movie to Play

I've imported a move (.avi) and when I set it up as an event and try to test it I get an error saying:  "No such interface supported".

Not sure if I'm just doing something wrong.

Oh, and I'm using Windows Vista 64-bit.  Don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Any help would be appreciated.

IT must  be the quality of the vid. rm2k3 can only support 256 colors
